RISMEDIA, November 7, 2011–Better Homes and Gardens (BHG) Rand Realty announced that four new licensed real estate salespersons from Real Estate United have joined its team: Laurel Lustgarten, Karleen Jedziniak, JoAnn Maxwell and Amanda Dana.
Lustgarten joins Rand Realty with eight years of experience in real estate, during which she has been a top-producer and multiple award winner. She is also a 17-year resident of Orange County. “I knew Rand was the perfect company for me,” said Lustgarten. “I know that I will be able to continue to deliver the best results to all my clients.” Lustgarten is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Orange County Association of REALTORS®, and Orange and Sullivan Multiple Listing Service. Lustgarten will handle real estate sales in all areas of Orange County and a large portion of Sullivan County.
Jedziniak comes to Rand Realty with seven years of real estate experience. In her new role at Rand Realty, Jedziniak will handle both commercial and residential real estate in Orange County. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is active in the Minisink Valley PTO. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Orange County Association of REALTORS® and Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service.
Maxwell brings seven years of real estate experience to Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. She was born and raised in Orange County and has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. In her role at Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, she will handle residential real estate sales in Orange County, with a special focus in new construction. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Orange County Association of REALTORS® and Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service.
Dana joins Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty with nearly 10 years of real estate experience. Dana is on the Foundation Board of A.H.R.C., and is Past President of Montgomery Nursing School. A resident of Montgomery, N.Y., Dana will handle residential real estate sales in all areas of Orange County. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the New York State Association of REALTORS®, the Orange County Association of REALTORS® and Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service.
