Stewart Information Services Corporation Appoints New Executive Team

Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC) recently announced a new executive team. Newly appointed CEO Matt Morris created the new executive team to capitalize on Stewart’s strengths and further align the organization for smart growth and continued market leadership in the real estate services industry, the company reported. The structure increases focus, speeds decision making and provides for greater alignment between operational areas and key customer segments.

“I am extremely excited to announce our new executive team and to be surrounded by some of the greatest leaders within our industry,” says Matt Morris, CEO. “This group of experienced industry veterans will join me in setting and achieving breakthrough targets that will strengthen services to customers and enhance our place in the market. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with each of these outstanding individuals.”

The Executive Team includes the following team members:

Glenn Clements – Group President, Direct Operations. In addition to his responsibilities for Stewart’s retail and commercial offices, Clements will also be responsible for Stewart Specialty Insurance Services and Stewart’s 1031 Exchange Company (Asset Preservation, Inc.).

George Houghton – Group President, Agency Operations. In addition to his responsibility for Independent Title Agencies, Houghton will also oversee Stewart Vacation Ownership and Stewart Water subsidiaries.

Jason Nadeau – Group President, Mortgage and Title Services. Nadeau will oversee Stewart Lender Services, PropertyInfo Corporation, Centralized Title Production, including Stewart’s Regional Production Centers, and Land Recordation and Registry business lines.

Mike Skalka – Group President, International Title Operations and Chief Legal Officer. In addition, Skalka will oversee Government Affairs and Human Resources.

Allen Berryman, Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for Accounting, Treasury and Audit, as well as Investor Relations and Property Management.

Murshid Khan is expanding his operational responsibilities as Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for aligning all Enterprise Technology, in addition to overseeing Enterprise Procurement and the Strategy and Program Management Office.

John Arcidiacono, Senior Vice President of Marketing, will assume responsibility for Internal Communications and will also be partnering with business lines on sales operations.
