Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill Announces Central Ohio Expansion

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill recently announced the growth of its central Ohio business with the merger of Obvious Choice Realty. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill now consists of more than 240 agents and 12 offices servicing the central Ohio and eastern Indiana regions. This merger is a strategic step in the brokerage’s calculated growth strategy over the next 24 months.

“The merger with Obvious Choice Realty, a true leader in local residential real estate, continues our rapid, yet strategic, growth throughout Columbus and Dayton,” says Jeff Owens, CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill.

According to the company, ObviousChoice Realty, led by Mike Smith and Darin Watkins, has served consumers in the Columbus area for the last six years. Smith has been named president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill Central Ohio, while Watkins is serving as vice president and is managing talent attraction efforts and operations in the Columbus offices.
