Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced that Queens-based residential real estate brokerage, F.H. Realty, has joined its growing franchise network. Under the leadership of broker and CEO Michael Protiva, the brokerage will continue to service all of Queens, N.Y., with a high concentration of properties in Forest Hills, Forest Hills Gardens, Kew Gardens, Rego Park and Middle Village. The firm, which will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate F.H. Realty, is the third brokerage company to join the brand’s network in the United States this month.

“We are thrilled to have F.H. Realty join our Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand as we continue to grow our presence in New York City, one of the largest and most exciting real estate markets in the world,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Through their extensive community involvement and professionalism, Michael and his team are ideal partners for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.”

Queens is one of the most diverse areas in the United States, according to the latest U.S. Census. Understanding the demographics that drive its market, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate F.H. Realty has strategically trained its agents to service the specific needs of its diverse clientele and specialize in residential and mixed use properties, co-ops and condominiums. The company employs experienced real estate agents who speak more than 22 languages collectively and are familiar with the cultures and customs of these ethnicities. This has been a key factor in the company’s growth into new communities within Queens.

“Our commitment to providing premier service to everyone among the diverse demographics of Queens has led to continued success for our company over the last 30 years,” says Protiva. “Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is a name that resonates across many languages and cultures, and we believe that combining the brand recognition of the Better Homes and Gardens name with our knowledge of the community will help us better meet the needs of our consumers.”

This year, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate F.H. Realty is celebrating its 30th year in the Forest Hills community.
