Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC recently announced that Coldwell Banker LATAM, the brand’s Master Franchisor in Latin America, has launched operations in Bolivia. The Coldwell Banker network currently encompasses 50 countries and territories worldwide.
Coldwell Banker LATAM is led by President David Bassan Bali and headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela. The company was founded in 2004, the same year it joined the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Since then, Coldwell Banker LATAM has launched branded operations in Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Belize in addition to Bolivia.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate will be first represented in Bolivia by Coldwell Banker Hogar Bienes Raíces, a 15-year-old real estate firm headed by Eduardo Perez and one of the largest in the province of Cochabamba.
