According to the company, the specialized website, which can be found at farmandranchSIR.com, matches the look and feel of the brand’s website, sothebysrealty.com, and provides detailed farm and ranch lifestyle and listing information and resources. The brand plans to launch additional websites showcasing other specialty markets, beginning with those currently featured on sothebysrealty.com: Golf, Skiing, Vineyards and Waterfront.
The farm and ranch specialty market website enables buyers and sellers to search for the finest rural and recreational properties and the sales professionals who represent them in the following segments: ranches, farms and plantations, estancias and haciendas, land, equestrian properties, fishing and hunting properties, vineyards, timberlands and investment acreage.
The website also highlights notable sales including the recent sale of The Bixby Ranch in California for $155 million and features area-focused sections and advanced search capabilities.
