Americana Holdings, the largest Prudential Real Estate franchise in both Nevada and Arizona, was one of 50 top companies honored from within the Prudential Real Estate network to receive the 2012 Gibraltar Circle award, the company has announced. Americana Holdings, which includes Prudential Americana Group in Nevada and Prudential Arizona Properties, was selected for the award after achieving a network ranking of sixth largest in North America based on service, income and other factors.

“The Gibraltar Circle award is our network’s highest honor for brokers and their affiliated companies,” says Earl Lee, president, Prudential Real Estate. “Honorees represent the best of our network and the real estate industry. They are leaders in their markets, respected for operational excellence and recognized for superior client satisfaction.” Americana Companies has earned multiple national awards for its sales and customer service. This year, Real Trends 500, an annual research report which identifies the country’s largest and most successful residential firms, listed Americana Holdings among the top three fastest growing real estate companies in the country. The company’s 39.1 percent increase in transactions was cited as a main reason for growth.

“The Gibraltar Circle award recognition is a great tribute to our passionate and hard-working agents and employees,” says Mark Stark, broker and CEO of Americana Holdings. “These professionals are the face of our company and they represent us with distinction every day.”

“It’s always helpful to connect with other Prudential Real Estate affiliates,” says Stark. “This year was of particular importance as we chart a path for a bright and profitable future with expanded leadership from Brookfield. We are excited to be part of an innovative opportunity that will reshape the way we do business.”
