Coach REALTORS® Makes Long Island Real Estate Mobile

Home News

Coach REALTORS® has announced the launch of its new Mobile Web Solution powered by Mobile Real Estate, LLC. Its website, www.coachrealtors.com, can be accessed through the web browser on any Internet-enabled mobile device as well as through a customized app that can be installed on the home screen of any iOS, Android or Blackberry device.

The company’s mobile solution will provide Long Island, N.Y.-based Coach REALTORS® associates and consumers the ability to search for real estate on the go, in the palm of their hand, right from their mobile device. Users can do a ‘quick search’ right on the homepage if they know what they’re looking for, utilize GPS technology to locate properties for sale nearby and search all MLS listings using traditional search criteria such as bedrooms and bathrooms. The mobile site is just the first phase of the company’s new mobile strategy, which will soon include integrated text and QR codes on all company ‘for sale’ signs, which allow consumers immediate access to the information of the specific listing they are in front of.

“Coach REALTORS’® decision to go mobile clearly exemplifies their understanding of their market and consumer,” says Mobile Real Estate’s Founder and CEO, John Lim. “Transitioning their brand and their digital assets from the traditional desktop to the what is becoming the primary consumer search vehicle—mobile devices—will allow them to continue to provide their agents an advantage in the marketplace and engage consumers in medium of today.”

He continued: “In addition, the recent changes Google has made to how mobile search results are displayed makes this type of technology a necessity moving forward. This gets them out in front of what all brands, franchises, brokers and agents alike will be forced to move towards providing consumers in the very near future.”

Prior to launch of the mobile site, Coach REALTORS® noted 30 percent of current user traffic was originating on mobile devices. The new mobile web solution allows them to now provide an impeccable experience catered specifically to this user demographic which will only increase moving forward.

“Since the 1950’s our goal at Coach REALTORS®has always been not only to meet, but exceed the real estate needs of Long Islanders and it’s clear our market is quickly turning to their mobile devices to access real estate information,” says LP Finn, President Coach REALTORS®. “As such, providing a state-of-the-art mobile experience to our consumers and sellers is a must in today’s market. By partnering with Mobile Real Estate we have transitioned our digital assets to format on all mobile enabled devices, allowing for mobile users to access listing, company and other real estate related information instantly on their mobile devices through multiple channels. We are excited to bring this experience to Long Island.”
