Top Producer Systems, a leading developer of media and technology solutions for real estate professionals owned and operated by Move, Inc., recently announced the expansion of its CRM product to include Dropbox and Google™ Drive integration, the ability to apply action plans from mobile devices, and new tools to manage customer identity information.

“At Top Producer, we strive to provide the best, most comprehensive experience for our subscribers and build new features based on their needs and feedback,” says Errol Samuelson, chief revenue officer at Move. “We heard from our customers that document integration, applying action plans via a mobile device, and solutions for duplicate contacts were all high-priority features needed to manage and build their businesses. At Top Producer, we pride ourselves on having an interactive partnership with our clients so that our products deliver the biggest impact for their bottom line.”

Top Producer CRM software subscribers can now access Dropbox or GoogleTM Drive to attach files to their contacts directly within the platform. Now users can manage files from a single location and once attached, Top Producer will always link to the most current version of the file, eliminating the need to re-attach files after updates have been made. This new feature also supports all security settings available on Google™ Drive and Dropbox, which makes it easy to integrate within agent teams or make documents private.

Additionally, the company notes that users can now use their mobile device to update contacts with immediate and meaningful follow-up right after client meetings or calls – no matter their location. Top Producer CRM is available across all Android and iOS platforms.

Top Producer subscribers now also have a new tool to link and merge customer information coming from multiple sources, such as online real estate portals, their personal website, and open houses. This feature merges information into a single record without losing any data fields, such as notes, activities, photos, family and friends

“Move’s Top Producer business allows us to have a direct impact on how agents and brokers both manage and grow their businesses,” says Steve Berkowitz, CEO of Move. “Integrating Top Producer’s CRM product with industry giants such as Dropbox and Google demonstrates our commitment to product enhancements and upcoming opportunities for subscribers down the road.”
