According to the company, ERA Manning & Associates, Inc., which serves the communities of Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa, Leawood, and Olathe, closed more than 440 transactions in 2012 representing $99 million in sales volume, making ERA Manning & Associates among the top 20 companies in the Kansas City area with an average annual sales volume exceeding $4,000,000 per sales associate. Owners Jim Manning, Wendy Manning, Scott Strevell and Judy Jones have been real estate business leaders for nearly 30 years and will continue on with Prudential KC Realty.
