Gloria Nilson & Co. Brings Home Top Honors, Winning Four Fame Awards and One Sam Award

RISMEDIA, April 15, 2013–Industry accolades continue to pour in for Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, the preeminent real estate brokerage based in central New Jersey. On the heels of winning four awards from The Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) at the 10th annual Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence (FAME) Awards Celebration, the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) honored Gloria Nilson & Co. with Best Color Ad for an Associate Member on Tuesday, April 9.

The award was won at the 26th Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet as The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) honored the industry’s most creative and successful sales and marketing initiatives. The SAM Awards honor excellence in residential design and marketing programs within New Jersey.

“It’s such a great honor to receive such recognition from our peers,” said Pat Bell, President of Gloria Nilson & Co. “These awards won by our team are indicative of their expertise, dedication and creative marketing efforts, all of which played an integral role in achieving our company goals for the year.”

At the SBACNJ ceremony in late February, Gloria Nilson & Co. was presented with four awards, including recognition for its “Surf 4 Your Turf” summer campaign and “Girl in Gallery” advertisement. Gloria Nilson & Co. Marketing Director Heidi Dittloff was named Associate Member Marketing Director of the Year for her outstanding marketing achievements for the company this past year that enabled the firm to better position their services to meet the needs of consumers. Since joining the team in February 2012, Dittloff developed a new brand identity for Gloria Nilson Realtors ®, and positioned Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate as an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in central New Jersey and reintroduced Luxury Properties Collection as the luxury component for all offices.

In the category of Best Associate Member Signage, Gloria Nilson & Co. earned the award for its “Surf 4 Your Turf” summer campaign aerial banner designed by Warren Westbo and Heidi Dittloff. The in-house coordination amongst team members including Sharon Brehm was pivotal for project completion. The billboard created for the summer campaign also won in the Best Associate Member Billboard category, which illustrated the key message that consumers can look for real estate anytime, anywhere by surfing the company website. The success of the campaign, which included a combination of collateral materials, was demonstrated by the increased traffic to the company website and the 30% increase in the click-thru’s to the property search page.

Additionally, Gloria Nilson & Co. received the Best Associate Member Ad (black and white) award for its “Girl in Gallery” advertisement, which provides consumers with a unique way of viewing listings through the eyes of a girl sitting in an art gallery.
