Dealing with a picky buyer can be a frustrating process. Dan Spransy, President of Realty Executives Cooper Spransy, has his method down hard. “I’ll bring the MLS up and let them drive it and see,” says Spransy. ”You can either raise your budget significantly or give up on that five-acre parcel to find that dream home you absolutely have to have.
