Oscar-winning actor Matt Damon recently listed his Miami Beach, Fla., mansion for $20 million. Sitting on more than an acre of land on Biscayne Bay, this seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home includes a wine cellar, home theater, rooftop terrace, private dock and boatlift.
The two-story main home was built in 1935 and spans over 12,000 square feet. The property also includes a two bedroom guest house and a pool house with a summer kitchen, just in case you get tired of your winter kitchen.
The home, dubbed Casa Casuarina, was formerly owned by Gianni Versace. The designer custom tailored the home with chic features, like the gold mosaic in the 54-foot pool and a bathroom that looks like it belongs in a place of worship. Oh, and did we mention the gorgeous view of the bay? Not too shabby for Florida.
