Taking a realistic look at the real estate recovery, Realogy Franchise Group President & CEO Alex Perriello will kick off RISMedia’s 2013 Real Estate CEO Exchange with a State of the Industry Address: “The Road to Recovery: How Far We’ve Come, What Has Changed, and What Lies Ahead.”
Taking place on Tuesday, September 17, from 2:15 – 2:45 p.m., Perriello’s address will take an in-depth look at the current state of the real estate industry, analyzing where we currently stand in terms of recovery and what it will take to succeed in the months ahead. Perriello will provide a national perspective on the most significant changes to the real estate playing field, the biggest hurdles yet to overcome, and both the pitfalls and opportunities that lie ahead.
The State of the Industry Address immediately follows RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston’s opening remarks to the elite group of Power Brokers gathered for the Real Estate CEO Exchange. This year’s Real Estate CEO Exchange, titled, “An Industry at Risk? Securing our Success on Real Estate’s New Playing Field,” will assemble top brokerage leaders and sought-after industry experts to discuss the current state of the industry, how we have and must further evolve, and what steps we must take to remain sustainable and profitable.
The event, taking place at Manhattan’s prestigious Yale Club, runs from 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 through 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, and features approximately 30 expert speakers hailing from the nation’s leading brokerage firms, such as Perriello.
