Global Business Council Chair and Broker of RE/MAX Select Properties, Ali Memar said, “Our Council has learned that more than 10 local municipalities have a resident population demographic consisting of 20 percent or more Latino. This data along with a heightened awareness of their unique needs will assist our members to better serve local buyers and sellers”.
The towns of Fairview, Bogota, Ridgefield Park, Hackensack, Garfield and Lodi all have Hispanic resident populations exceeding 30 percent. The median age for these residents is 33 years old. The National Association of REALTORS® reported recently that ages 31-37 are prime for consumers to become first-time home buyers.

The event culminated with over 65 REALTORS engaging in a vibrant evening networking reception sponsored by EBCBOR Affiliate Partners, Michael Bovasso and Jade Stone of Continental Home Loans.
