Rhode Island home transactions were up 16.2 percent, while median price rose 14.0 percent, the highest in New England. Pending sales were up 9.5 percent year-over-year.
Vermont experienced a boost in both total transactions, up 29.7 percent (highest transaction percent in New England), while median price decreased slightly, at -1.9 percent year-over-year. Pending sales were up 20.4 percent year-over-year.
