Prudential Network Realty Announces Creative Expansion

Prudential Network Realty, one of Northeast Florida’s leading real estate firms, recently expanded its in-house Creative Services Department. Margie Jordan has been with the company since 2005 and is the Creative Services Director, and the company recently welcomed Michelle Claudio as Corporate Marketing and Public Relations Director.

“We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Creative Services team, which further enhances our competitive advantage,” said Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer. “Michelle’s marketing and brand management expertise brings new energy to Prudential Network Realty and is a wonderful complement to Margie’s proven experience, professionalism and leadership. Our new team is helping us deliver the highest level of performance and service to our associates and clients.”

Claudio leads Prudential Network Realty’s corporate communications initiatives and marketing efforts including advertising and social media. Claudio, who earned a MBA degree in marketing and brand management from Penn State University, has extensive professional marketing experience including seven years in the real estate field. She comes to Prudential Network Realty from another market leader in Northeast Florida.

As Creative Services Director, Jordan oversees the comprehensive marketing, web and advertising solutions the company offers to its real estate agents. Jordan is a multi-talented professional with more than 20 years of marketing experience.

The Creative Services Department offers agents website development and graphics, brochures, advertisements, e-marketing materials and more. The Creative Services Department team has been expanded to include:

Marisa Mariano – Corporate Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. Mariano is a marketing and social media professional who enjoys teaching others how to use Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest and other social media networks for their brand or business.

Bekkah Clifford – Graphic Designer. An award-winning writer and graphic artist, Clifford has previously worked in the real estate, public relations and non-profit sectors.

Jose Cruz – Web Developer. With numerous years of web experience, Cruz has worked on a wide range of web projects and has expertise with the complete web development process including definition, design, development, deployment and environment testing for various web and software solutions. Cruz is a widely recognized web professional with expertise in delivering websites built on content management systems for both corporate and small business environments.

Rebecca Pasko – Graphic Designer. Pasko is an award-winning graphic designer and artist. Prior to joining Prudential Network Realty in 2007, she published Jax Islander, a local beaches magazine. Pasko enjoys helping agents develop their personal marketing style.
