“No real estate company out there was doing video the way we were envisioning it could be done, so we built a state-of-the-art, in-house studio and launched a website that showcases our style, culture and vision, while putting the focus on our agents—who are at the center of everything we do,” says Katie Secrest, director of marketing.

“The website has exceeded our expectations in increasing our brand awareness and delivering our message. The future is in video and we’ll be expanding it even further in 2014.”

A Well-Balanced Culture
