Upping the Game

Stellar support. On-site, non-competing managers are always available to help agents with questions and coaching. Plush, state-of-the-art, brick-and-mortar offices allow agents to work and meet their clients in comfort.

“We consider ourselves to be one of the only brands out there that truly partners with the agent,” says Matt Emerson, COO. “It’s a win-win scenario, not only in our compensation plan, but our business all around. We strongly believe in the culture of Realty ONE Group. Everyone here has a voice. We listen to the challenges, needs and desires of the agents and we fill that void.”

“A positive experience is our goal,” adds Jewgieniew. “We’re not just another brokerage; we’re a lifestyle brand.”

2014 and Beyond
When discussing the future, Jewgieniew, Emerson and Hudson echo similar thoughts of growth, of solidarity, of success. They truly believe in what they’ve created, and are confident that their model will continue to be the best in the industry for agents and franchisees. There is a unanimous sentiment among them that they can’t succeed unless their agents succeed, and that alone serves as the driving force and motivator in looking ahead to another year of growth.

“We plan on strengthening the experience we provide for our agents and consumers so that everybody visiting our offices walks away feeling as though they had a different kind of experience…a ‘wow’ experience,” says Emerson. “We make sure that when a consumer is connected to the agent, they realize that we are different, better. And our goal is always continuous improvement. We’re moving forward, improving, and upping the game,” says Emerson.

For 2014, the company plans to increase the number of new franchises from 30 to 100 with additional lofty goals for significantly increasing its number of agents. To other companies, some of these goals may seem unattainable. But then again, those companies aren’t Realty ONE Group.

“We grew in the worst economic times in real estate and that proves our momentum,” says Hudson. “If you think we’ve grown quickly in our first 10 years, wait until you see how we grow in the next 10.”
