Prudential Alliance, REALTORS®, the area’s largest privately owned residential real-estate company, has named Margo Begley to the newly created position of Creative Director. As head of the marketing department, Begley will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective marketing, promotional and brand strategies, overseeing media relations as well as special in-house and community events. She will be located at the Prudential Alliance, REALTORS® headquarters in Chesterfield.
Begley joined Prudential Alliance, REALTORS® seven years ago, where she has earned consistent recognition for her success as a REALTOR®. She received the Prudential Alliance Rookie of the Year honor in 2007, and has ranked in the top 10 percent of the company’s selling agents. In addition, she has been selected as a 5-Star Real estate agent in St. Louis Magazine.
A graduate of Washington University where she received a bachelor of fine arts degree, Begley has earned numerous professional designations. Among them are Certified New Home Specialist, Certified Fine Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certification and Relocation Certification.
A resident of Wildwood, she is a past president of Parent Advocates for Gifted Education in the Rockwood School District, and has been active in Toastmasters and the St. Louis Writers Guild.
