Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, recently announced that Prudential Town and Country Real Estate has joined the brand and will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Town and Country Real Estate, effective immediately.

The brokerage, one of the market leaders in Massachusetts, joins a growing roster of affiliates that have joined the network since September. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now accounts for more than 22,000 agents and 600 offices in 29 states.

Broker/owners Gail and Gary Lockberg recently commemorated the brand and unveiled their new yard sign during an event at the Brae Burn Country Club in Newton, Mass. Gail Lockberg discussed the company’s momentum under Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and what the transition means for their agents and clients throughout greater Boston MetroWest communities.

“We are thrilled to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network and are proud to be the network’s first Massachusetts-based affiliate,” Gail Lockberg says. “We are confident that the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand will help us grow and better service clients far into the future.”

Gary Lockberg says the brand will help his company recruit top sales professionals. “This brand is a true door-opener,” he explained. “What agent wouldn’t want to represent a brand inspired by the world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway organization, the world’s most respected company according to Barron’s? As important, the network is built on a foundation of strength, integrity, stability and longevity and is an ideal fit for our company.”

Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC, welcomed Town and Country Real Estate to the network. “We’re thrilled to officially make Town and Country Real Estate part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family,” he says. “Gail and Gary Lockberg and their team are well respected throughout their markets and are solid ambassadors of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand.”

With the transition, Town and Country Real Estate’s associates gain access to a robust real estate technology platform, ongoing business consultation, professional education, marketing support and more. Town and Country Real Estate’s new “Cabernet and Cream” yard signs will begin appearing throughout the greater Boston area today.
