Victoria_Tennant(MCT)—Actress Victoria Tennant has listed her home in Bel-Air for sale at $6.995 million.

The traditional-style house, built in 1949, sits behind gates on close to three-quarters of an acre with a brick patio, a swimming pool, gardens and mature trees.

Decorated by Kathryn Ireland, the home features a formal dining room, a library, a country kitchen, an office, a downstairs family room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The master suite includes dual bathrooms, a fireplace and an office or nursery space.

Tennant, 63, has scores of acting credits including the 1994 TV series “Snowy River” and the mini-series “War and Remembrance” (1988-89) and “The Winds of War.” She starred in two Steve Martin films, “All of Me” (1984) and “L.A. Story” (1991), and was married to Martin from 1986 to 1994.

Last year she was in the movies “Cold Turkey” and “Louder Than Words.” Tennant will be in the romantic comedy “The List” later this year.

A Villa of Mythical Proportions

Kevin Sorbo, known for his portrayal of Hercules and other muscular heroes, and his wife, actress Sam Jenkins, have listed their estate in Westlake Village at $4.5 million.

The remodeled Mediterranean villa sits behind gates on 1.5 acres with a detached gym/pool house, a swimming pool set up for water volleyball, a spa, a covered entertainment area, an outdoor fireplace and a putting green. There’s an expansive flat lawn suitable for javelin and discus throwing.

Features of the elegant 7,556-square-foot home include a home theater with two tiers of seating, a game room, a den, two offices, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Former model Sorbo, 55, has starred as hunks in “Hercules: The Legendary Journeys” (1995-99) and “Andromeda” (2002-05). He has scores of film and television credits for acting as well as producing. Sorbo will star in the upcoming films “Forgiven” and “Beyond the Game.”

Jenkins, 47, also was a model and played Serena on “Hercules.”

The couple bought the property in 2008 for $3.2 million, public records show.
