Engel & Völkers recently announced its newest brokerage in Ludlow, Vermont, the popular ski resort vacation destination and second home market. Gail Graves, owner and broker of Engel & Völkers Woodstock expands her operations as the owner and broker for the new Engel & Völkers Okemo.

“Gail has done an amazing job with her shop in Woodstock and is now part of the growth that our brand is experiencing right now throughout North America,” says Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “We are fortunate to have a team that shares our vision and commitment to quality representing us in Ludlow.”

Joining Graves to provide Engel & Völkers signature premium real estate service in the market are Pam McLaughlin and Pat McLaughlin. Pat McLaughlin joins Engel & Völkers bringing 35 years of corporate executive and sales experience including 8 years of International Sales and Licensing management. Prior to his career in real estate, Pat had been the President of Nine West, launching and overseeing the global expansion of the footwear company into a $200+ million dollar international fashion brand.

Pam McLaughlin has been providing premium real estate services for 15 years. She had previously been with William Raveis Real Estate in Newtown, CT where she had been an honoree of the Chairmen’s Elite Club for being among the top 5 percent in sales performance company wide. She had also been an owner of Flagpole Realty, an independent firm, where she directed all marketing, sales, human resources and operational activities.

“One of the major draws for us to the Engel & Völkers brand is the opportunity to access an established platform where we can grow our own real estate business together,” says Pat McLaughlin. “We are looking forward to this opportunity to enhance our client services and to be part of this international network.”

The Engel & Völkers Okemo shop, using the familiar European design used by the brand throughout the world, is located at 126 Main Street in Ludlow, VT.

“It’s so exciting to be back home in the Okemo Valley, celebrating my 20th year in real estate and working with my newest local real estate associates, Pam and Pat McLaughlin,” says Graves.
