Engel & Völkers recently hosted its annual Engel & Völkers’ Exchange event, which brought together Engel & Völkers real estate advisors from shops throughout the firm’s vast North American network. The event, hosted at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nev. from March 9-11, offered informative keynote addresses, significant announcements, and recognition of the noteworthy accomplishments of the brand’s real estate advisors and shops.

The three-day event featured a variety of influential keynote speakers from Engel & Völkers, prominent media, and a renowned leadership coach. Notable speakers included Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, who discussed the accomplishments of Engel & Völkers North America; John Featherson, CEO & Publisher of RISMedia, who gave a keynote focused on the state of the industry for North America real estate; and Mike Staver, CEO of The Staver Group, who outlined how to create exceptional customer experience.

During the conference, Engel & Völkers also introduced news of a special partnership between the firm and Special Olympics. The firm announced that it will serve as the non-profit’s first cause marketing partner for its Play Unified Campaign, which promotes inclusive communities through sports. The sponsorship is the first step in the company’s ongoing commitment of its growing North American network of shops and advisors to help create more respectful communities.

The event marked the first occasion that awards were presented in recognition of Engel & Völkers North America’s top-performing real estate advisors in 2014. Honorees were unveiled at an Awards Gala, and received recognition for work that exemplifies the core values of Engel & Völkers. Select awards included: The Engel & Völkers Cup Award; The Engel & Völkers Core Value Competence Award, Passion Award and Exclusivity Award; The Engel & Völkers Community Service Award; Top Advisor, Transactions Closed; Top Advisor, Gross Commission Income Earned; and Elite Club Awards.
