Teaneck Brokers Awarded Top Sales Awards

Home News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Broker/Owner, Mercedes Peralta and Broker/Manger Jorge Ledesma of RE/MAX Quality Homes in Teaneck were recently awarded the Circle of Excellence Sales Award by the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Their individual sales production far exceeded that of the requirements to qualify for the Circle of Excellence Award, Bronze Level, whose recipients needed a minimum production in business of $2.5M in sales volume and 15 units closed.

Peralta has led the RE/MAX Quality Homes office in Teaneck for more than 14 years. She has over 20 years of real estate experience and has earned multiple sales awards annually. She prides her office on its diversity, as all of the agents she manages are multi-lingual.  Peralta has continually maintained an extraordinary level of success in real estate and qualified for the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award multiple times over her career. She shares her wealth of knowledge and expertise with her clients and agents.  In addition, her bilingual abilities help her to communicate in Spanish and English.

She says, “I am proud that our office represents the diversity of Bergen County’s residents- we are able to provide the most comfortable and accommodating experience to our clients because of our cultural and experiential backgrounds.”

Ledesma has been a full-time real estate practitioner with RE/MAX Quality Homes since 2006 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors. This is his fifth year receiving the Circle of Excellence Bronze Level award. He serves as 2015 President Elect to the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors, the third largest Realtor association in the state. He also sits on the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors.

Ledesma is earning the Certified International Property Specialist Certification, an elite business designation which provides him the knowledge and skills to assist foreign-born and multicultural clients with their unique real estate needs. His commitment to international affairs elevated him to a position on the Global Business Alliance Committee of the National Association of Realtors.
