RealtyTrac®, the nation’s leading source for comprehensive housing data recently announced a new multiyear agreement with Acxiom, an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company, to license RealtyTrac’s national tax assessor and recorder files, as well as RealtyTrac’s premier pre-foreclosure information for inclusion in Acxiom’s various data products, including InfoBase® and AbiliTec®.

A long-time leader in the marketing segment, Acxiom has been a pioneer in harnessing sources and uses of data to enable connections between people, businesses and their partners, transforming marketing practices in the process.

“Real property data is vitally important in customer recognition, modeling and marketing applications,” says Jamie Moyle, CEO at RealtyTrac. “Acxiom’s selection of RealtyTrac for this data is acknowledgment of the company’s good data latency, depth of coverage and commitment to partnering with major industry players. We look forward to expanding our relationship with Acxiom into other areas as we continue to expand our database of real estate-related information.”

“Data is the lifeblood of marketing and RealtyTrac’s high quality, real property data is a welcome addition to our product mix,” said Acxiom’s Vice President of Data Products Ann Kennedy. “We were very impressed with their commitment to being a good partner and flexibility in meeting our specific data goals across our various products.”

RealtyTrac is fast becoming a favored data source for value-added resellers and licensees in the industry, largely due to the company’s flexibility and lack of channel or client-specific conflict.

“Our partnership with Acxiom showcases RealtyTrac’s ability to deliver accurate and robust data to a wider audience,” said RealtyTrac’s Executive Vice President of Data Solutions Brian Mushaney. “Our lack of potential conflict with our potential license partners truly sets us apart from our competitors. We view our partnership with Acxiom as highly collaborative and look forward to providing them with the data needed to provide the foundation for smart business decisions.”
