Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has named Larry Tait branch manager of its Yorba Linda office. The office is located at 22601 N. Canal Road in Yorba Linda, Calif. and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Before he joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Tait managed the Yorba Linda office of Prudential California Realty. Prior to that, he managed a Prudential real estate firm in Mission Viejo that he helped become the top real estate office in Orange County and the No. 2 Prudential Real Estate office in the country. He has worked in residential real estate for nearly 30 years and has been managing real estate offices since 1995.
Tait’s responsibilities as branch manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties include recruitment and retention, training and coaching, developing the business of each real estate sales executive and marketing and advertising, among others. “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has a reputation as one of the world’s top real estate organizations,” says Tait. “I’m looking forward to helping our teams use the brand and all of its marketing opportunities to build their businesses.
