CRS Data Introduces Innovative MLS Tax Suite

Home News
October 28, 2015
Reading Time: 2 mins read

CRS Data’s new MLS Tax Suite is optimized for mobile devices, so agents can access the property records information they need at any time.

“We could not be more pleased with our customer response to the user-friendly, intuitive design of the MLS Tax Suite,” says Matt Casey, CEO and President of CRS Data, headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn. “From the refined values tool that helps agents estimate the value of home renovations and additions to our expanded map features, the complete package was designed to respond to our customers’ ever-evolving needs in the marketplace.”

Through extensive research and customer surveys, the CRS Data team pinpointed several expansion opportunities and aesthetic changes that could create a better user experience, says Casey. A few highlights include:

  • Complete optimization for mobile devices, including on iPads, iPhones and Androids
  • Expanded and diverse integrated map views
  • Expansive simple and advanced search capabilities
  • A cleaner, dynamic interface making simple and advanced searches quick and easy

“The MLS Tax Suite by CRS Data has been designed to truly expand the usability behind real estate agents’ access to tax data,” says Casey. “Our goal was to design a product that could be accessible on any mobile device while elevating our features and the usability of the product. Our team has delivered.”

CRS Data began rolling out the new product in mid-2015, and continues to transition its client base to the MLS Tax Suite. Customer response has been extremely positive, helping create a seamless transition phase, says Casey.

CRS Data’s historically reliable tax data suite is also backed by a complete customer experience team. Localized in-house staff answer customer questions, offer tutorials and provide in-person trainings.

“CRS Data is uniquely capable of providing award-wining service while also delivering a product that is completely customizable,” says Casey. “These aspects of our company have both been instrumental in helping us nearly double our customer base in the past five years. With the introduction of our new MLS Tax Suite, we have positioned ourselves to continue solid growth in the MLS market.”
