Top 4 Features in the New MLS Tax Suite by CRS Data

Home News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

When CRS Data decided to update their tax record system, they started their search where they knew they’d get the most reliable feedback: with their existing customers. Through extensive survey and personal interviews, the group went to the drawing board to start a development process to create the most user-friendly, intuitive online product available. The result is the MLS Tax Suite by CRS Data, created with agent’s daily client needs in mind and designed for accessibility on almost any mobile device.

When it comes time to start pulling comps or creating presentations, you won’t have to look any further than their wide range of features, from diverse map views to in-depth layering that shows past sales and listings. Here are a few of the top features you can find in the new MLS Tax Suite:

  1. The dynamic interface has made it simple to create thorough, branded property reports. Sharing everything from mortgage history and tax detail to the building footprint is easy. Reports can be branded to include contact information, a logo or even a headshot. Personalization is so important.
  2. The map tools are intuitive. You can easily expand a map within a report and integrate the display for printing, saving or emailing. FEMA flood zones and a range of view options are at your disposal. You can then delve further into a map view to explore multiple layers, which showcase a range of sales history and property information.
  3. The new Refined Values tool helps you evaluate potential or existing home updates. By choosing the type of project and the amount spent, the tool quickly estimates the project’s value and it is shown based on renovation data in the area. The updated home value will now show up in your comparables listing.
  4. The MLS Tax Suite Prospecting tools are extensive. You can easily find potential buyers or pull a mailing list for marketing. Once your list is pulled, active listings can be removed for any specified time to create a refined mailing list. Exporting to excel is easy, and the exported list will start printing on any chosen label on a used sheet.

From mobile optimization to the perfect features that make it simple to create useful and easy-to-read presentations, employing the right tax data product can make it so much easier to deliver the data and information your clients need.
