Move, Inc. recently announced the addition of Marcy Greenberg as executive vice president of people, Suzanne Zinn Mueller as senior vice president of industry relations and Janice McDill as vice president of corporate communications.

Marcy_GreenbergMarcy Greenberg – Executive Vice President of People

Greenberg has a strong Silicon Valley history and brings a broad human resources background, having spent more than 20 years focusing on talent development, leadership and professional development and talent acquisition at leading Bay Area tech companies. Most recently, she served as director of global leadership and talent development at NetApp. Greenberg also held leadership development and talent acquisition and development positions at HotChalk, Hitachi Data Systems, SunPower and Yahoo! She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from Purdue University and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California. In her role, she oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and talent management and reports to O’Hara.

Suzanne_MuellerSuzanne Zinn Mueller – Senior Vice President of Industry Relations

Mueller brings deep, firsthand insight into the day-to-day needs of agents and brokerage companies, longstanding relationships with industry leaders across the country, and a holistic and historical understanding of the key players, products and practices that have evolved along with the real estate landscape over the years. She has served in leadership roles for over 17 years, most recently during the last decade at Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle where she held the chief marketing role for the past seven years. Mueller earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She joins Move on Dec. 14 and as leader of the company’s industry relations team, she will be responsible for fostering relationships and growing advocacy across the industry. She will report to Luke Glass, executive vice president of industry platforms.

Janice_McDillJanice McDill – Vice President of Corporate Communications

McDill brings more than 20 years of corporate communications experience and a strong background in media relations, internal communications and corporate positioning. Prior to joining Move, she was responsible for internal and executive communications at Heidrick & Struggles and earlier spent 14 years at Grubb & Ellis Company, where she led marketing, corporate communications and investor relations.  She holds a journalism degree from the University of Missouri, School of Journalism. In her new role, she is responsible for the company’s internal and external communications, reporting to Nate Johnson, chief marketing officer.
