Home Valuation: Clearing the Way to More Listings

That’s why many brokerages spend millions of dollars on lead generation every year with hopes of converting the very best leads and increasing sales. Some brokerages are even setting their targets on a different kind of lead: seller leads. Armed with an insatiable amount of buyer data and the right technology to match buyer leads to new listings, strengthened listing presentations have become a new reality for brokerages that are looking for new lead conversion and marketing strategies. With Buyside’s powerful technology and data by its side, Fox & Roach is launching a branded Home Valuation System that, according to Sajja, is an amalgamation of many of Buyside’s most valuable datasets. With the Home Valuation System, sellers are driven to a seller landing page where they can see what their home is worth and the amount of prospective buyers interested.

“We have three valuations showcased, in addition to a subscription to a monthly valuation newsletter. As you scroll down the page, you can see additional Buyside data, like total buyers in the area and buyers matching the property. It helps to give them an estimated demand for their home,” says Sajja.

All of this trending data helps fuel agents’ seller lead-generation efforts. While the product contains brokerage logos, it’s primarily branded to the agent to aid in their marketing efforts, making it one powerful recruiting tool as well.

Inside, ARC Match also includes a marketing suite for agents, such as an easy-to-use built-in e-card system that agents can utilize to share the branded URL of the home valuation page. Agents can also promote the seller landing pages in their email signature, on social media, or on their website. A video explaining the benefits of the Home Valuation System and why working with a BHHS Fox & Roach REALTOR® is valuable can also be shared, making it an extremely well-rounded and commanding lead-generation tool.

Sajja also commends Buyside’s ability to collaborate and turn around quality products.
