WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Briotti Group recently announced that REALTORS Theresa Gorman, Sandy Laliberte and Dot Dorso from their Waterbury office and Maria Vilar from their Wolcott office have been named 2016 Connecticut Five Star Real Estate Agents. Five Star Agents are chosen based on surveys of exemplary service from their customers. This marks the fourth year in a row that WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Briotti Group agents have received this honor.

“Theresa, Sandy, Dot and Maria are willing to do whatever is necessary to provide their clients with a memorable experience,” says Stephen Briotti, owner/broker at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Briotti Group. “This distinctive honor truly recognizes their hard work and the dedication and passion they have for the industry and our clients. Congratulations to all of them.”

Gorman, Laliberte, Dorso and Vilar are part of a team of knowledgeable agents at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Briotti Group which serves the Greater Waterbury area including Watertown, Wolcott, Middlebury, Prospect, Naugatuck, Thomaston and Woodbury. The team, with offices in Waterbury and Wolcott, brings more than two decades of real estate expertise to their clients.

Independent market-research firm Five Star Professional surveyed Connecticut-area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within a nine-month period (September 2014 to May 2015). The final list of 2016 Connecticut Five Star Real Estate Agents is a select group, representing less than 7 percent of real estate agents in the area.

To be named a 2016 Connecticut Five Star Real Estate Agent, entrants needed to satisfy each of the following objective criteria: 1) Receive a qualifying client satisfaction rating. 2) Satisfy the applicable state licensing requirements. 3) Be actively employed as a licensed professional for a minimum of three years. 4) Receive a favorable regulatory and complaint history review. 5) Satisfy minimum client volume or production on a one-year and three-year basis (number and volume of transactions or number of client households served).
