(L to R): Don Walston, founder and chairman of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (CBHPW) and Nancy Harner, senior vice president of Relocation/Corporate Services for CBHPW, accepted the prestigious Cartus Masters Cup award from Lydia Collins, southeast regional director for Cartus Broker Services.

Residential real estate firm Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (CBHPW) recently was awarded the prestigious Cartus Masters Cup for its relocation services and performance results last year, the company has announced. The award was recently presented at the 2016 Cartus Broker Network International Conference hosted at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Presented by the Cartus Corporation, the annual Masters Cup is awarded to the top real estate member in its robust network of 785 relocation brokers and firms. CBHPW was recognized for achieving exceptional quality standards, surpassing goals and outperforming metrics in key areas such as effective marketing, customer service and inventory management.

“We are proud to recognize Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston as the winner of the Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup for 2016,” says Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services. “Putting our 2016 theme, ‘Partnering Together,’ into practice means that our brokers treat every referral as a new opportunity to provide an exceptional customer experience. Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston has proven itself totally dedicated to achieving the excellence we value so highly in our Network members.”

CBHPW’s Relocation Division had a stellar year with a record-breaking performance. Led by relocation industry veteran Nancy Harner, the team exceeded its goals and proudly assisted more families than in the previous year reflecting a 12 percent increase in well-managed moves. The Relocation Division also achieved customer service excellence for its work with Cartus corporate, government, USAA and Navy Federal clients.

“All of us at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston are honored to receive the Cartus Masters Cup award and the supreme recognition within the residential real estate and relocation industry,” says Harner, the real estate company’s senior vice president of Relocation/Corporate Services. “We have a tremendously talented team that works hard each and every day to provide superior service to our clients and customers. We are thankful for the opportunity to showcase our hard work and look forward to the challenge of achieving another year of excellence.”

The CBHPW Relocation Division also received its sixth consecutive Cartus Broker Network Platinum Award, the highest level of the Network’s Excellence Awards, and earned the Cartus Five Star Award for exceeding its referral goals in 2015.
