Independent real estate company First Story Real Estate Company announced that it will now operate as CENTURY 21 First Story Real Estate, a real estate brokerage franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The company will provide residential real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout Greater Tallahassee.

“The CENTURY 21 First Story Real Estate team reflects the success that is possible when you combine first-rate technology with personalized quality service,” says Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “We are thrilled to welcome First Story Real Estate Company to the CENTURY 21® System and look forward to watching them grow as an unparalleled community asset to real estate consumers throughout Tallahassee and the surrounding counties.”

With 14 years of real estate experience, Broker Debbie Kirkland opened First Story Real Estate Company in 2014 in Midtown, the heart of Tallahassee, where the vibe is a mix of eclectic, old and the future of the City.  As a fourth generation Tallahasseean, Kirkland and her hand-selected sales associates are known for bringing an unrivaled level of expertise and local market knowledge to every client interaction.

“We couldn’t be more excited about taking our company to the next level by affiliating with the fresh, vital and modern CENTURY 21 brand,” says Kirkland. “It’s refreshing to join a company with such like-minded values and culture when it comes to serving consumers, industry professionals and the greater community at large. With additional access to the very best tools, technologies and training, we look forward to providing a heightened level of customer service to the real estate buyers and sellers of Greater Tallahassee.”

With many of its independent sales associates living and working in the area, CENTURY 21 First Story Real Estate agents are well known for their strong ties to the local community. Agents are involved in and actively support the National, State and local Board of Realtors. In fact, Kirkland was the 2012 President of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® and the 2014 District 8 Vice President of the Florida Association of REALTORS®. In addition, a portion of the company’s proceeds regularly benefit the Wounded Warriors Project and local charities.

Like all firms in the CENTURY 21 Franchise System, CENTURY 21 First Story Real Estate is independently owned and operated, and will now share the market power and benefit of affiliation with the franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21 brand.
