HomeSmart International Grows in Northern Arizona

HomeSmart International has announced that HomeSmart Professionals in Lakeside, Arizona, one of its newest franchises, is aligning with the brand in northeastern Arizona. Owned by John Bobo and Felice Katz-Bobo, the company currently has one HomeSmart office with 26 real estate agents.

Together, the brokerage couple has more than eight years of real estate experience. Their brokerage serves the areas of Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Heber-Overgaard, Snowflake-Taylor, Greer and the communities surrounding the White Mountains as well as Payson, Arizona. HomeSmart Professionals has future plans for aggressive growth in the abovementioned areas, which would also include an office serving Payson.

“We’re thrilled to add HomeSmart Professionals and the Bobos growing team to our company,” said Bryan Brooks, senior vice president of franchise sales at HomeSmart International. “Our entire team is committed to supporting the Bobos and their brokerage team in the long-term growth and success of their HomeSmart franchise.”

Prior to opening their HomeSmart franchise, Bobo spent over 30 years in sales and management roles while Katz-Bobo spent more than 25 years as a small business owner.
