   Seattle has the second-least days-on-market for a listing, tied with Oakland, Calif., and Garland, Texas.

   Aurora has the fifth-highest home turnover rate, as well as the fifth-highest housing market health index.
   

6. Madison, Wis.
   Madison is the fifth-most attractive for real estate employment.

7. Reno, Nev.
   

8. San Francisco, Calif.
   San Francisco has the highest median home price and the least days-on-market for a listing.
   

9. Irvine, Calif.
   Irvine has the second-highest median home price.
