The Swanepoel T3 Group has launched T3 Broker, a new division of T3 Sixty focused on serving the real estate brokerage industry, the company recently announced. T3 Broker will provide management consulting services to brokerages in the U.S. and Canada. Wendy Forsythe, former head of Global Operations for Carrington Real Estate Services, has been named president of the new division.
“Wendy is a talented, strategic problem-solver, yet her hands-on practical approach makes her the ideal management consultant,” says Stefan Swanepoel, CEO of the Swanepoel T3 Group. “We are thrilled that she chose to work with us. Her counseling will assist many brokerage companies be more successful.”
Prior to her role with Carrington, Forsythe served as senior vice president of Network Services for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and vice president of Sales for Royal LePage.
