Coldwell Banker King Thompson has acquired the assets of Gahanna, Ohio-based Trinita Real Estate Group, operating as Exit Trinity Realty, the company recently announced. One of the firm’s owners, Donato D’Alberto, and 33 sales associates—which will expand to 100—will affiliate with a new Coldwell Banker King Thompson office in Gahanna.
