Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. added 44 offices in 2017, accounting for an 8 percent increase for the year and a 17 percent increase since 2015, the company recently announced. Expansion in the Southern region of the country contributed significantly to the franchise’s growth, with more than half of the newly added offices located in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas and South Carolina. The franchise continued to grow its footprint out West, as well, with the addition of two new affiliates in Arizona and five new offices in California.
