Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has been named as one of the fastest-growing franchises in North America by Entrepreneur magazine in its “Fastest-Growing Franchises of the Year” list for 2019.
Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. was ranked No. 131 on this year’s list, an annual ranking of the 150 fastest-growing franchises. The company, headquartered in Morris Plains, N.J., is one of only three traditional real estate franchises to appear on the 2019 list.
This year’s list of franchises was compiled from its 2019 “Franchise 500” list and was based on the number of new franchise units added in the U.S. and Canada from July 2017 to July 2018, as verified by Entrepreneur magazine.

The “Fastest-Growing Franchise” ranking follows Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. reporting a third consecutive year of new office growth in January, which resulted in the brand’s office footprint expanding 22 percent since 2015.
