Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Named a 2019 Top Low-Cost and Top Multi-Unit Franchise by Franchise Business Review

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has been named a 2019 top franchise on both the “Top Multi-Unit Franchise” and the “Top Low-Cost Franchise” lists recently published by Franchise Business Review.

Only 97 of the nearly 250 brands surveyed were included in the “2019 Top Low-Cost Franchise” list, and only 50 were chosen for the “2019 Multi-Unit Franchise” list. Franchise Business Review is a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction.

Franchise Business Review surveyed thousands of low-cost and multi-unit franchise owners between Sept. 2017 and Feb. 2019 for each report, which is based solely on franchise owners’ satisfaction with their franchisor.

“Being named one of the best low-cost and multi-unit franchises in the country as a result of the positive feedback provided by our franchise owners is truly an honor,” says Bill Scavone, president and chief operating officer of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.

Scavone credits the resources and support Weichert® provides its affiliates as contributing factors to the positive feedback.

“We’re committed to providing our affiliates with top-notch resources—such as best-in-class technology, productive sales and marketing systems, and incomparable support for both agents and franchise owners—to help them deliver the best real estate service in the industry.”

Brands on the “Top Low-Cost Franchises” list had to have high franchisee satisfaction and an investment of under $100,000 at the time they participated in Franchise Business Review’s survey. Recognition on the “Top Multi-Unit Franchises” report was based on feedback from franchise owners owning more than three units.

Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual “Guide to Today’s Top Franchises,” as well as in special reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
