Long & Foster Real Estate received a number of Member Achievement Awards from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global network of more than 565 top real estate firms. The awards were presented at the network’s Annual Performance Awards Gala, held during the LeadingRE Conference Week, a series of events held at the Wynn Las Vegas earlier this year that attracted a global audience of nearly 3,000 real estate professionals from 24 countries.
Long & Foster was honored with the Pinnacle Award in Category 7 for the most broker-to-broker outgoing revenue-generating closings in the LeadingRE network. Long & Foster took second place for the Top 5 Outgoing Closing Award for outgoing closed referrals resulting from the most client introductions made to other affiliates throughout the network. The company received honorable mention in the category of Referral Promotions.
Long & Foster was also named to the Million Dollar Club, which acknowledges members who closed at least two transactions with a sales price of $1 million or above. The Global Alliance Club award was also presented to Long & Foster for ranking as one of the top companies with the most outgoing international referral closings.
