Hudson Valley’s Monroe Realty Center Now CENTURY 21 Realty Center

Layla Boyles and RoseAnn Rosenfeld, whose family-owned company has operated for the last 22 years as Monroe Realty Center, Inc., announced recently that they have chosen to affiliate with Century 21 Real Estate LLC, and will now conduct business as CENTURY 21 Realty Center.

Both Boyles, owner, president and associate broker, and Rosenfeld, owner and broker of record, chose the CENTURY 21® brand as the best option to continue the brokerage’s legacy of exceeding consumer expectations initiated by their beloved father and husband, Jeffrey Rosenfeld, who passed four years ago.

“This is a crucial step in our growth strategy for us as a company and to provide the necessary resources to our family of agents,” said Boyles, who moved from the Deanna Kory Team at the Corcoran Group in New York City 10 years ago to help run the business with her mom, Rosenfeld and her ailing father, Jeffrey, a former Rotarian and planning board president. “Our best option is to align with an organization whose current focus is to perfect the way sales professionals interact with homebuyers and sellers, resulting in an extraordinary overall experience. This is a relevant strategy for today’s consumer-centric business world and will be for the foreseeable future.”

Currently, CENTURY 21 Realty Center has an office in Monroe, but with this affiliation, Boyles and Rosenfeld expect more growth in the coming months and years ahead.

“Our plan is to grow this company by always elevating on behalf of homebuyers and sellers, and helping our team generate more sales by leveraging the CENTURY 21 brand’s market relevance, world-class marketing, agent coaching and learning, and productivity platform,” added Rosenfeld. “We take pride in the professional reputation we’ve built over the last 45 years as business owners in the community. I’m a Bronx girl at heart and after getting to know the C21® team, my instincts said, ‘this is it!’ We look forward to enhancing the CENTURY 21 brand’s 50-year legacy of being the ‘gold standard’ in real estate.”

According to both Boyles and Rosenfeld, “the entire Lower Hudson Valley in New York State is growing, and we must grow with it. We feel the CENTURY 21 brand and culture will provide the edge needed to stay ahead of the competition and exceed client expectations.”

“I’m excited to have my team begin working with Layla and RoseAnn,” said Michael Miedler, president and chief executive officer of Century 21 Real Estate. “This mother-daughter duo is extraordinary, and they embody the CENTURY 21 culture of giving 121 percent to accommodate the personalized needs of their agents who, in turn, do the same for their real estate clients.”
