CENTURY 21 New Millennium recently announced the opening of a new office in Rockville, MD at One Research Court. “Expanding into Montgomery County has been in our strategic plan for the past several years and the timing is perfect right now, having secured both a dynamite location as well as a fantastic branch leader,” states Todd Hetherington, CEO and Co-Owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium.
Sean O’Malley joined the company’s leadership team and assumes the role as Branch Leader of the new office after having spent the past two years as a Team Leader/CEO of a successful Keller Williams office where his focus was on coaching and training. Sean also has a strong recruiting and sales background having spent the previous several years in leadership roles within the banking and mortgage industry. Sean will be supported by Doug Pritchard, a thirty year CENTURY 21 sales veteran, assisting him and the agents as the Supervising Broker/Office Manager.

In addition, Mark Stock has joined the company as Branch Leader of its Centreville, Virginia branch – a top ranked CENTURY 21 office in the Mid-Atlantic, with agents specializing in residential property sales. For the past 14 years Mark has been a top producing REALTOR. He joins CENTURY 21 New Millennium from Re/Max where he ranked in the Top 10 Agents in Virginia and the Top 25 for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
“Mark is a true competitor both on and off the playing field. As a walk on to VMI’s football team his freshman year he proved himself by earning All American standing. As a 6th round draft pick into the NFL he then spent 6 seasons as a wide receiver for both the Pittsburgh Steelers as well as the Washington Redskins,” states Hetherington. Mark has enjoyed helping sellers and buyers but his true passion is in coaching and impacting other’s lives.
Mark has pretty big shoes to fill. He takes the reins from Jeff Hetherington. For the past 10 years Jeff has grown the Centreville branch to be the number one office in the number one CENTURY 21 firm in the world! Jeff has assembled a world class staff and has hired and coached a team of professional REALTORS to unparalleled success. “Jeff will be greatly missed by the agents and staff in Centreville but they all know that in his new position he’ll be making a positive impact on the entire company,” says Stone. In addition to Jeff’s Executive Vice President of Operations role, he will join the Business Development team and assist them in expanding the company’s relocation programs.
