Engel & Völkers recently announced the opening of its first shop in Charlotte, bringing the firm’s comprehensive global services to real estate buyers and sellers of the region. The opening comes with the union between the storied international brokerage and Carolinas Metro Realty, a full-service real estate and property management firm serving Charlotte and the surrounding communities.
Engel & Völkers celebrated the grand opening of the South Charlotte shop with an exclusive ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration. The event was hosted at the newly designed shop, located in Ballantyne at 11220 Elm Lane, and was attended by over 200 guests from across the country. The event began with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by top Engel & Völkers representatives, followed by speeches from both Yuriy Vaynshteyn, owner of Engel & Völkers South Charlotte, and Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America.
“The grand opening of Engel & Völkers South Charlotte celebrates a valuable addition to our North American network of shops, as the new shop is situated in an ideal region to expand Engel & Völkers’ Southern footprint,” says Hitt. “Yuriy and Frances’ knowledge of the local marketplace coupled with Engel & Völkers’ renowned level of exclusivity and international platform will best serve the comprehensive needs of Charlotte’s real estate buyers and sellers.”
