CENTURY 21 New Millennium reaffirmed its commitment to its agents, staff, core service providers, clients and community at its company meeting held recently at the Hilton in Springfield, Virginia, the company announced. Approximately 400 gathered to learn successful business building activities and marketing techniques that will positively impact agents’ business plans and prepare them for the new year.

Todd Hetherington, CEO and Co-Owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, started the meeting by announcing the company’s new mantra, “Vested in You…Together We’re Better,” which “reflects our company’s  commitment to ensuring our agents have everything needed to continue providing the best service available…anywhere.”  All company materials and marketing will reflect this new slogan moving forward.

The keynote speaker was Joe Niego, expert presenter, top producing agent, and author from Buffini and Company.  Other presenters who led educational sessions were Burke Smith, who, in addition to being President of HSA Home Warranty, is also an international real estate coach and consultant to top agents and brokers; Matt Gentile, Global Director of Social Media for Century 21 Real Estate LLC, and Jennifer Rizzi, Director of Video Evangelism for “Videolicious,” an innovative marketing software program.

“It is our commitment to excellence in every facet of our organization that sets us apart.  We don’t simply help clients buy or sell houses. We have learned the value of being vested in our clients and in creating for them a positive, memorable real estate experience,” stated Mary Lynn Stone, President of Co-Owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium.  She added,“We have assembled some of the most knowledgeable real estate sales professionals and support staffs anywhere in our industry and we’ve backed them up with the latest and best technical tools and systems possible.”  Hetherington commented that “the timing of this meeting sends the signal that we’re getting ready for another great year in 2016.”

Earlier this year, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. announced that CENTURY 21 New Millennium’s annual production for 2014 again exceeded all other firms worldwide. This is the 3rd consecutive year for the Alexandria, VA based company to receive the distinction of #1 CENTURY 21 Company in the World.
