Inside Real Estate and Kunversion have combined their businesses, now operating under the Inside Real Estate name with Kunversion acting as the marketing and sales software brand. The acquisition combines Inside Real Estate’s enterprise capabilities, including sales lifecycle analytics and transaction systems, with Kunversion’s platform and solutions to agent teams and brokers.

The combined leadership team will be headed by Chief Executive Officer Ned Stringham, operating partner of NexPhase Capital and principal owner of 42 Ventures, both of which made significant equity investments in the combination of Inside Real Estate and Kunversion.
