Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties Expands With Two Mergers

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties has expanded through two mergers, with Austin, Texas-based HomeCity Real Estate and San Antonio, Texas-based Ultimate Realty. The brokerage’s footprint is now 150 agents in Greater Austin, and nearing 400 agents throughout Texas.

“We embrace the coming together of these three brokerages,” says Daniel Dannenmann, president and COO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties. “It is a truly exciting journey with the sole focus of laying the foundation for scalable growth. We are integrating three cultures, three ways of working and multiple technology tools into one, new organization. We know the value this company will bring to the market will readily compete with any new and emerging brokerage concept. As we the integrate these brokerages forward, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties will re-emerge as a superior and stronger company with over $1 billion in sales volume and over 4,000 transactions annually.”

The brokerage will implement HomeCity’s (RE)gen platform, which offers CRM, end-to-end transaction management, lead management, recruiting and reporting, across all of its offices.

Additionally, the merger with Ultimate Realty combines two growing property management companies: Bradfield Properties’ “Bluebonnet” and Ultimate’s “Ready Rentals,” which now manage over 350 keys.
