The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has partnered with Local Logic on an enhanced search experience for Canadian homebuyers, with Local Logic offering property-specific neighborhood data for REALTOR.ca, Canada’s largest real estate website. The data is available on 300,000-plus properties.
“Through a pilot on REALTOR.ca, we saw a significant increase in the number of consumers who connected with REALTORS® from listings with this hyper-localized neighborhood information, so it’s clearly influential in the home-buying journey,” says Patrick Pichette, interim vice president of Marketing and IT at CREA.
