Zillow Offers is coming to Dallas, its second market in Texas, in the upcoming year, according to an announcement by Zillow.
Dallas is now the ninth market for Zillow Offers. The iBuyer is active in Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, Las Vegas and Phoenix, and has announced it will be entering Houston, Raleigh and Riverside in 2019. In each active market, Zillow has partnered with Premier Agents, as well as brokerages, which Zillow will connect to homeowners who opt not to sell to Zillow.
